ROBERT
M. LEA, MAI,
has been working in the field of real estate appraisal, analysis and
consulting since 1965. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management
from UCLA with specializations in real estate and finance and has attended
the USC Graduate School of Management in the same fields. Mr. Lea is
a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser of the state of California.
He has held the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute since 1972
and has held various elected and appointed positions for the Institute
at the local, regional and national levels. Mr. Lea is a past President
of the Southern California Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and presently
sits on the National Admissions Committee. His work covers a broad range
of appraisal and consulting assignments, litigation support, and expert
testimony. He has also taught, published and lectured in the appraisal
field. |

| JOHN
J. GOBBELL, JR., MAI,
received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Southern
California in 1988. A principal in the firm, he has been working in the field of real estate
appraisal and consulting since 1989 and is a Certified General Real
Estate Appraiser of the state of California. Mr. Gobbell has earned the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute.

CAROL
HALL, Vice President, Administration,
holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California,
Los Angeles, and has been in the field of Administration and Consumer
Relations for over 15 years. In her current capacity, she oversees the
implemention of marketing initiatives, management of plant facilities,
creation, scheduling and tracking of proposals, hiring and supervision
of administrative staff and a variety of other administrative functions.
A ten year veteran of Lea Associates, she also performs a variety of
special research and analytical assignments for the firm. |

| JERARDO ARCINIEGA, is a 2005 cum laude graduate from the California State University, Northridge, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
